Laura O’Neil, Ba Hons, MCIPD
Our HR Specialist Laura O’Neil has over ten years’ experience, working with both public and private organisations, in industries including professional services, manufacturing and energy, Laura has worked for small privately owned organisations to global organisations, so understands the business needs of both ends of the scale.
With an honours degree and masters in Human Resources and Chartered CIPD status, Laura has a wealth of both ‘hands on’ experience and theoretical knowledge Laura has worked as a HR Manager in industry and she, like other HR Managers and Business Partners, has had first-hand experience of the constraints and procedures HR professionals have to work within, how to address relevant issues and achieve added value to the business.
Laura has a wealth of experience working with Trade Unions, multi-site businesses and a dispersed management team. Laura also has exceptional skills and experience in change management.
